About Wheelhorse Web

History

Julia Wilk first studied web development and computer programming way back in 2006. After a long detour into professional French Translation and hardware repair, she eventually came back to put her entrepreneurial skills to work as a full-time web developer and digital marketer. Throughout the years, she made many connections with other professionals and eventually settled in scenic rural Vermont.

In 2020 amid the global pandemic, Julia joined forces with graphic designer Caroline Matte at carolinemattevt.com. With all-in-one web design packages including top-notch graphic design, editorial support and web development, their collaboration, Trifecta Web, serves small businesses throughout Vermont and beyond.

While Trifecta Web is the go-to for website builds and redesigns, Wheelhorse Web offers a range of digital marketing and technical services for websites. We have welcomed several outstanding team members who excel at problem-solving and building technically-sound websites.

Founder

Julia Wilk

Julia has been designing websites since 2017. With a background in languages and a comfort with all things technical, web design and content coordination is an obvious fit for her skills. Sara Merrick-Albano

Sara has been working at Wheelhorse Web since 2020 after changing careers as a process engineer in the chemical metal finishing and manufacturing industry. Her background in engineering and math makes her a perfect fit for the analytical side of digital marketing. Her skills in project management and team coordination are assets for any technical project.
